  • Forge Brew is a family business with a legacy of serving the community since 1929. Evolving from its origins as a blacksmith forge, it now serves coffees and treats to local people. Dedicated to continuing this tradition, Forge Brew is also branching out by offering Barista Courses, These including a Level 1 course for beginners and a Level 2 course for advanced coffee crafting, these courses are four Saturdays long and happen every month to help people of all ages gain new skills and become expert baristas.

  • This course is designed for beginners who want to gain foundational knowledge about coffee. Starting on August 16 and priced at €315, it teaches you the essentials of coffee brewing, extraction, and different coffee types. The course provides everything you need to get started on your journey, making it a perfect entry point for anyone interested in becoming a barista or simply mastering their home coffee craft.

    Duration of four weeks (4 Saturdays)

  • This course is suitable for more experienced individuals who have already completed the Level 1 course. Also starting on August 16 and priced at €315, it is a deep dive into advanced techniques. You will learn about flavor profiles and delve into in-depth dose and grinding, as well as other information that can help you when making important coffee and cafe decisions.
